Hair Dryer Sample Approval Checklist

Each sample should have a defined purpose. Approval of appearance does not automatically approve electrical performance, packaging, or production materials.

Sample Stages

• Reference sample: model, baseline function, accessories, and configuration
• Appearance sample: color, finish, logo, form, controls, and visible details
• Functional sample: motor, airflow, heat, controls, protection, noise, and attachments
• Packaging sample: artwork, dimensions, inserts, labels, manual, and barcode
• Pre-production sample: final intended BOM, materials, process, and inspection reference

Approval Record

Record model version, sample purpose, test conditions, open points, revision status, approver, date, and the next release decision.
