Anti-Spam Policy
Effective date: August 5, 2026
1. Purpose and scope
Dongguan Baile Technology Industry Co., Ltd. (“BAILE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) does not authorize unsolicited bulk email, purchased or harvested mailing lists, deceptive sender identities, automated spam, or non-consensual advertising that promotes BAILE, baile-cn.com, our products, or our services.
2. Prohibited activity
Employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, resellers, marketing providers, and other third parties must not send unlawful or misleading messages on our behalf. They must not conceal the sender, use inaccurate subject lines, ignore valid opt-out requests, or use BAILE trademarks and website links in unauthorized campaigns.
3. Authorized business communication
BAILE may respond to direct inquiries, quotation requests, sample discussions, active projects, existing customer relationships, and other communications permitted by applicable law. Marketing communication must have an appropriate consent or lawful business basis, identify the sender, and provide a practical way to stop future marketing messages where required.
4. Reporting suspected abuse
If you receive an unsolicited message that claims to represent BAILE or promotes baile-cn.com, please forward the message headers and relevant details to patricia@baile-cn.com. Do not send passwords, payment information, or unrelated personal data.
5. Investigation and enforcement
We review credible reports and may disable credentials, correct email-authentication settings, require a service provider to stop a campaign, terminate a relationship, preserve relevant records, or take other appropriate action. This policy does not create permission for any person to send marketing on our behalf.
6. Related privacy practices and contact
Personal information submitted through the website is handled under the BAILE Privacy Policy. Questions about this policy may be sent to patricia@baile-cn.com or Building 2, No. 13 Baima Pioneer Road, Nancheng District, Dongguan, Guangdong, China.
