Hair Dryer Quality Inspection Checklist

2. First-piece approval, assembly sequence, fasteners, cable routing, and attachment fit
3. Power, current, heat, airflow, speed, controls, indicators, and protection functions
4. Insulation, dielectric strength, earth continuity, leakage current, and cord retention where applicable
5. Noise, vibration, temperature rise, aging/endurance, and abnormal-operation checks by model
6. Color, surface finish, logo, label, manual, accessory count, packaging, carton mark, and final shipment review
